Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
For credits or returns, contact returns@shopjdgreen.com with your purchase details and the reason for the return. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective merchandise, unless a similar priced item is purchased in place of the return. No restocking fee will be charged if a comparable product is purchased at the time of the return. Orders can be canceled until they ship out, then the return procedures will have to be followed.
